I have a support question and need to send the log files to BackupChain support.
The BackupChain Logs are located here:
Windows Servers, Vista or Windows 7: C:\ProgramData\BackupChainService\logs
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BackupChainService\logs
Please ZIP the entire log folder and email us your support requests: support@backupchain.com
